Standard bench seats are fine, but this layout gives you ultimate flexibility. Sleeping with your bike in the van? The Bench alone is 63cm wide and 1.8M long so can be used as is, or pull it out to make a 120cm wide bed.
The "Day to Night" Shift:
By day, you have a side bench with 63cm depth. By night, the system transforms in seconds into a massive 1.8m length x 120cm. No complexity, just pull out the fork system for a solid, comfortable sleep.
The Heavy-Duty Kitchen:
We don't use the standard 80kg runners you see on eBay. We use 250kg Ultra Heavy-Duty Runners. This 1.2m pull-out drawer brings your kitchen outside. It features a solid Oak chopping board, hob space, and is tough enough to hold all your supplies without sagging.

Enclose a standard 50L fridge, Our go to is the Alpicool Dual Door, but will fit most fridges with measurements of 38.5cm width, 54cm height and 53cm depth.

🛠️ The Technical Details
- 15mm Exterior-Grade Birch Ply: We do not use cheap 'ply'. Choose from rugged Hexa (Buffalo Board) for that industrial look, or high-pressure Laminates. It’s moisture resistant and built for the UK climate.
- The Cabineo Advantage: We build using the Cabineo connector system. These are far stronger than old-school corner blocks or pocket screws, ensuring a rock-solid furniture unit that won't rattle on bumpy roads.
- Compatibility: Designed primarily for VW T5/T6 (SWB & LWB). *Note: Scribing may be required for perfect wall profile match.*

We build it for you at our workshop. Ready for you to collect and bolt into your van, or we can ship it nationwide on a pallet.

Drive to our South Wales workshop. We will professionally scribe and install the unit in just 3 hours while you wait.
