This website is owned and operated by Cymru Camper Furniture LTD. These terms outline the conditions under which you may use our website and services. This website provides visitors with campervan conversion services and products. By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must also have the legal authority to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You may not use this website or our services if doing so is prohibited in your country or by any applicable law or regulation.
ONLINE SHOPPING
Most of our items are shipped directly from the supplier or manufacturer to minimize lead times. We will always send you an order confirmation and shipping details. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers.
When purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item description before committing to purchase; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract when you commit to buy an item and complete the checkout payment process.
Our product and service prices are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct any pricing errors. Additional pricing and sales tax information can be found on the payments page.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
For any undamaged product, notify us within 24 hours of receiving and simply return it with all included accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt (or gift receipt), within 14 days of receiving it. We will offer an exchange or a refund based on the original payment method. We do not offer free returns.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept partial returns of bundled items, even if unused, or returns of ply lining kits ordered incorrectly.
Electrics and Diesel Heaters
These products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier, and any returns will be subject to their warranty/return policy.
Additionally, please note: (i) Products can only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased. (ii) The following products are not eligible for return: Kombi beds and gift cards.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice. This includes canceling store orders at our discretion.
If you submit a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the defect or replace the product. If we cannot repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be eligible for a full refund upon returning the product to us. We will cover the shipment cost for repaired or replaced products, while you will be responsible for the return shipment.
By uploading any content to our website (including designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, text, or other creative works), you confirm that you either own the rights or have the appropriate license to upload and share the content. You agree that the uploaded content may be publicly displayed on our website.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws. You may discontinue use and cancel your account at any time. For subscriptions to paid services, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the paid period.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cymru Camper Furniture LTD harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website or services.

These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claims shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United Kingdom. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
