3 Stage Insulation Package

Most popular vans in the UK start life with very little luxury, however the load area can be improved dramatically with the application of sound deadening and insulation. Workhorse or weekend getaway vehicle, we can upgrade your van in a few simple steps.

Our 3 Stage Insulation Package takes everything in our 2 Stage package and adds a dedicated sound deadening layer first, for the quietest, most comfortable van we can build.

This pack contains enough sound deadening and insulation to treat the crucial sides, wheel arch and roof areas of your van, and is available in SWB and LWB sizes to suit vans such as:

The 3 Stages

Stage 1 – Dodo DEADN Hex Sound Deadening
Applied directly to the bare metal panels, sound deadening adds mass to the thin sheet steel of the van body. This stops panels drumming and vibrating as you drive, cutting road noise, rattles and that hollow "tin can" sound that empty vans are known for.

Stage 2 – Dodo Thermo Liner
Dodo Thermo Liner to the sides and roof. This product will help regulate the temperatures inside the van. Cooler in summer and warmer in winter. The dense closed cell foam layer works in harmony with the Dodo DEADN Hex sound deadening layer to improve sound proofing even further.

Stage 3 – Dodo Fleece EVO
Dodo Fleece EVO is an itch-free sustainable insulation quilt manufactured from recycled plastic bottles. The latest EVO version has been improved to give a tighter composition, this helps keep the shape and form when installing into tight spaces. You still have the same great thermal performance, but with less mess and shedding!

All of the products are easy to apply, self adhesive and can be cut or shaped with a sharp knife. The products are designed specifically for automotive use and therefore are fire safety tested to ISO3795 and will not absorb moisture or mould.
