Reclaim the deadest space in your van.

The window void above your wheel arch is the most wasted volume in a campervan — too shallow to build into, too awkward to leave bare. Our wheel arch panels turn it into two deep storage pockets that swallow phones, keys, head torches, books and sunglasses, and keep them off the bed.

They do something less obvious too. Because the pockets are recessed rather than surface-mounted, the eye reads depth where there used to be a flat wall — so the van feels wider, not more cluttered. It's the trick that makes a small conversion feel like a big one.

🔧 Supplied and fitted at our workshop in Ammanford, South Wales. These are templated to your van on the day and fitted by us — the price includes fitting, and there's nothing to post, unpack or drill yourself. We've fitted them to Transporters, Transit Customs, Vivaros, Trafics, Sprinters and plenty of one-offs. Bring us your van and we'll make them fit.

Why they work

• Storage where you're lying down — pocket openings sit at bunk height, so everything's within arm's reach from the bed
• Bungee retention — twin shock cords hold contents in place on the move, silently. No rattles, no lids, no catches to snap

Short or long wheelbase

Choose SWB or LWB at the top of the page. Long wheelbase panels cover a larger area and use more material, so they're £85 more across every finish. Not sure which you've got? Give us a ring and we'll work it out from your registration in about a minute.

Natural Birch — from £390
Clean 6mm birch ply, sanded ready to oil or stain to your own taste. The lightest and most flexible: it'll sit happily against any interior you build around it.

Engraved Birch — from £440
The same panel, CNC-engraved with our flowing topographic contour lines. The cut catches the light and casts a fine shadow line, so the pattern shifts as you move through the van. Subtle in daylight, striking under the LEDs.

Coloured Laminate — from £440
Laminate-faced ply in your choice of 16 colours, from soft Moss and Sage through to deep Blues and Terracotta. A hard-wearing, wipe-clean surface with a crisp exposed birch edge — the finish for a build that wants colour without paint.

Engraved Laminate — from £490
Our signature. The contour lines are cut through the coloured face into the pale birch beneath, so the pattern appears in natural wood against colour. Nothing is printed or applied; it's the material itself. This is the one people photograph.

Illuminated pockets — add £80

Choose Warm White LED above and we conceal a warm-white strip in the top lip of each pocket, wired to a single toggle switch. The pockets glow, the contour engraving lights up from the side, and you get soft ambient light at bed height with no glare in anyone's eyes — perfect for reading, or finding your keys at 2am without waking the van.

Pocket linings

The back panel inside each pocket is a second chance to add character. As standard the linings match your panel face, for a quiet, monolithic look where the pockets read as shadow.

If you'd like contrasting linings instead — a pop of colour that draws the eye and lifts the whole wall — just mention it when we call to book your fitting and we'll price it up. Contrasting birch behind a coloured face is one of our favourite combinations.

How ordering works

1. Choose your wheelbase, finish and lighting above and place your order
2. We'll call you to book your fitting date — usually about two weeks out
3. We'll confirm the details on that call. If you've chosen laminate we'll go through the colour chart with you, and it's the moment to ask about contrasting linings. Samples in your hand, not swatches on a screen
4. Bring us your van. We template, cut and fit on the day
