Refund Policy

**This refund policy does not apply to bespoke orders**

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after collecting your order to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with no wear and tear at all.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cymrucamperfurniture.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the details on what to do next, including arranging to return your order.

Issues at collection
During your collection appointment, we will make sure you are happy with the unit and explain the process for installation. During installation, we may need to make slight adaptions in order to create the perfect fit for your van. 

We will endeavour to do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with your unit before you drive away.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bespoke orders cannot be returned.
